Welcome to Vismaya, a homegrown brand dedicated to creating unique, handcrafted bags. By visiting our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the terms and policies outlined below.

1. Payment Policy

- Accepted Methods: We accept payments through debit cards, credit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking via secure payment gateways.
- Security: All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your card details on our servers.
- Order Confirmation: Your order will be processed once the payment is successfully completed. You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently, COD is currently not available.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

- Dispatch Timeline: Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days from confirmation.
- Delivery Timeline: Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
- Delivery Partners: We work with trusted courier and logistics partners across India to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp/SMS.
- Delays: In case of unavoidable delays (strikes, natural calamities, high festive season demand), we will keep you informed.
- Incorrect Address: If an order is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

We put love and care into making each bag, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

- Returns: At this time, we do not offer returns as our products are handcrafted in limited quantities.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are only accepted if:
  • You received a wrong product
  • The product delivered is damaged or defective
- Request Window: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at hello@vismayaethnicity.com. Please attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Condition: Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Approval: Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the exchange process. Reverse pickups are subject to courier availability in your area.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued only if an exact replacement is not possible. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Non-Eligible Cases: We cannot accept exchanges/refunds for products damaged due to customer mishandling, wear & tear, or after the request window has passed.

4. Terms & Conditions

- By accessing our website and purchasing products, you agree to abide by these terms and policies.
- Product colors may appear slightly different due to photography and screen settings.
- Prices, policies, and terms are subject to change without prior notice.
- Vismaya reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent activity.

These terms and policies are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City, India].
